CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – The Harbor Bridge Project will begin a series of mainlane IH 37 closures and detours from Port Avenue to the Bayfront from March 2 to March 6. The freeway closures will be conducted in three phases to complete an IH 37 traffic switch onto new main lanes over the future US 181 connection to SH 286 (Crosstown Expressway). Message boards will be in place to assist commuters in navigating the detours.
