An accident involving a tractor trailer snarled traffic on the Parkway West on Tuesday. Knuckle Boom Truck
Dispatchers confirm the accident happened around 10:20 a.m. near the Campbell's Run Road exit. A statement from PennDOT said that the crash has been cleared and that all lanes had reopened to traffic.
