Xiaomi has updated its Mi TV ES Pro offering. Previously, the company sold up to an 86-inch model, which it limited to a 120 Hz refresh rate. Now, Xiaomi has introduced a new flagship model that extends to 90-inches. Additionally, the new Mi TV ES Pro operates at 144 Hz, further reducing latency gaming.
To that effect, the new Mi TV ES Pro features twin HDMI 2.1 ports that master HDMI ALLM (auto low latency mode) and HDMI VRR (variable refresh rate). As such, the TV is suitable for current-generation games consoles and high-end gaming PCs. Also, the Smart TV supports Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision but not HDR10+. Still, the Smart TV delivers 1,000 nits peak brightness and operates at 4K. Flexible HDMI
According to Xiaomi, the TV also has a 98% screen-to-body ratio within a 12 mm thick housing. Moreover, Xiaomi includes a quad-core ARM Cortex-A73 CPU, 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of storage, as well as a modem capable of Wi-Fi 6 connectivity. Elsewhere, the Mi TV ES Pro has twin 15 W stereo speakers, two USB ports, Ethernet, optical audio and an AV connection. Currently, Xiaomi has only revealed the Mi TV ES Pro 90-inch in China, where it is available for CNY 9,999 (~US$1,442). Please see Xiaomi's website for more details.
